Founded in a 20,000 sq.ft. facility with less than twenty employees

Performed first 3-shift production for first pharmaceutical client, and acquired first blister machines & Lawson cutter to support expanded client business

Renewed lease through 1995 and expanded for additional warehousing capabilities

Instituted company self-funded employee profit sharing plan. Began second generation of family leadership with the hire of Kerrie Dwyer, VP of Administration.

Expanded second generation leadership by adding President & COO Greg Wren, who began deepening client experience in pharmaceuticals

Became an FDA Licensed Drug Establishment

Retirement of co-founder Tom Ermish. Both Kerrie Dwyer and Greg Wren become shareholders of AmeriPac.

Expanded to 43,000 sq.ft. and 80 employees. Enhanced capabilities through investment in equipment upgrades (including first Omni Shrink Wrap Machine, Shanklin heat tunnel, floor cleaner, and Zebra label printers) to help meet customer needs.

Implemented first electronic warehouse management software system to improve inventory tracking and resolve customer inefficiencies

Moved to 1011 North 28th Avenue, DFW Airport, TX. Expanded to 120,000 sq.ft. and 120 employees

Expanded to 162,500 sq.ft. and 200 employees. Became the southwestern distribution center for an existing large pharmaceutical client.

Gained ISO 9001:15 Certification and expanded focus on sales and marketing

Opened additional facility for corporate headquarters and expanded production to 282,500 sq.ft. Ray and Susan Wren retire 29 years after launching the company. Greg Wren becomes CEO and Kerrie Dwyer becomes EVP, leading future growth of the company.
